After my children graduated from college I decided to go to college myself! I was a stay-at-home Mom, I graduated from Eastern High School in 1949, married and raised a family with my husband, who was the bread-winner. I started taking a couple of courses at Essex Community College, graduated with an AA degree and was encouraged by counselors to transfer to then Towson State College. It was a wonderful growing up experience for me! I majored in Art with psychology as a minor. I'm 81 years old now and I still enjoy painting with water colors.
