408 is where I found my best friend, Monica April. It's where all good college stories start. It's where I followed Hurricane Katrina coverage. It's where others in our building came for fun, career counseling, or Real World viewing parties. It's where we choreographed an aerobics routine for class to the theme from Space Jam, practicing for weeks and teaching it to our friends in the Richmond basement. It's where we laughed the hardest. It's where we both only spent one semester before moving on to new opportunities, with myself becoming an RA and Monica becoming a Peer Minister. It's where we called home.
