I taught 2nd, 3rd and 6th grades in the Baltimore school system. I taught sociology at Hillsborough Community College in Tampa, Florida. My husband was a physician in Tampa. I have three grown children who are 49, 48 and 46 years old. I also have 5 grandchildren, ages 16, 13, 12 & 12 and 10 years old. I went on to receive 3 master's degrees.
